Certifying Applications Based On Legal Blindness

Legally blind applicants who hold one of the below cards will not need you to certify their application. These applicants will need to provide a copy of one of the following cards to the department when they lodge their application:

  • Vision Impaired Travel Pass issued by Translink
  • Centrelink Blind Concession Card
  • Department of Veterans Affairs Blind Concession Card.
