The Waves of Honor Program provides military personnel and three direct dependents one complimentary admission per year to either SeaWorld®, Busch Gardens® or Sesame Place®.
Service Members and their direct dependents must have a valid Active-Military ID in order to participate. Spouses must log in under the Active-Duty Members account in order to take advantage of the dependent tickets. Military guests must register online, print tickets and visit between Jan. 15 October 31, 2021. JAMES CITY-In honor of Military Appreciation week, Busch Gardens Williamsburg will off free admission to the park to active-duty members of the military from Monday, June 27 through Monday, July 4.
The special also includes discounted admission for military families as well as discounts on dining and shopping for those who present a valid military ID. In addition, U.S. veterans and their families are invited to the theme park for a reduced admission fee.
We are proud to honor the brave men and women who protect and serve our country, said Kevin Lembke, president of Busch Gardens Williamsburg, in a press release. Our community has a strong presence of military service members, and we are excited to show our appreciation during this all-new event. Were looking forward to having our military families visit Busch Gardens and experiencing a full day of fun.
The week will feature patriotic-themed décor and entertainment, including close-up views of a military vehicle and fireworks, as well as specialty food and retail options.

Enjoy electrifying entertainment as Americas Got Talent favorite Duwendé delivers their original flair on funk in the Globe Theatre. The Summer Celebration Concert Series continues on Saturday, July 2nd as tribute bands take the Royal Palace Theatre stage to perform classic American hits from Guns N Roses and Bon Jovi. An additional 10 percent discount on dining and shopping will be applied for all who present a valid military ID.

Theme Parks Offering Free Admission To Active Military Members Veterans

Almost every theme park in the United States offers discounts for active members of the military and veterans, but several are offering free admission in May to celebrate National Military Appreciation Month.
At Busch Gardens parks in Tampa and Williamsburg, U.S. military veterans and up to three guests can redeem a free one-day admission to its parks between April 25 and May 15. Active-duty military and their guests continue to enjoy one-day complimentary entry all year long.
SeaWorld is also honoring Military Appreciation Month at its parks in Orlando, San Antonio, and San Diego by providing complimentary one-day admission to veterans and their families from April 25 through May 15. Active-duty military members and their guests can also enjoy one-day free entry throughout the year.
Other theme parks offering free admission to veterans and active-duty members of the military include Magic Springs, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Colonial Williamsburg, Kings Island, Gilroy Gardens, LEGOLAND Discovery Centers and Cedar Point.

All veterans have to do to receive their complimentary single-day ticket is to register by May 15 at Busch Gardens Williamsburg’s website. Active-duty service members can also receive complimentary tickets for themselves and three guests .
