The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has identified multiple fraud schemes in which filers submit applications for unemployment insurance benefits using other peoples information.     Spokane’s Social Security office open to walk-ins for first time since start of pandemic

    The Office of Management and Budgets Director Jenifer C. ONeal informs the community that distribution of the Social Security Beneficiary Stipend checks will be conducted on St. Thomas and St. Croix, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9, and Thursday, Nov. 10.

    Distribution on St. Thomas will be conducted in the Roy Lester Schneider Hospitals front parking lot and on St. Croix .

    On St. John, checks can be picked up from the Administrators Office beginning on Monday, Nov. 7.
