It allows the creation of a qualified ABLE program by a state under which an ABLE account may be established for an individual with a disability who is the Designated Beneficiary and owner of that account. Identification Requirements For Voting
Under Texas law, voters who possess one of the seven acceptable forms of photo ID must present that ID at the polls when voting in person.
