What Happens If Thats Not Why You Were Temporarily Disabled
Join the boat. Thats where those forms come into play. The other thing we learned from reading countless blog posts was that you can actually chat with a REAL person via Facebook Business Support.

Reason #: Hacked Or Impersonation Account
Did your Instagram recently have some posts that violated the terms and conditions of Instagram? If you need to get Instagram account had incriminating posts, I would assume that the account was hacked by someone. The posts that lead to account deactivation were due to some unknown hacked taking over control. The incriminating posts were maliciously posted by the unknown hacker.
Okay! We agree on the reason for the bad posts and images.
Now? How do we recover an Instagram account that was disabled for really bad posts . Instagram sends out emails regarding any change or unknown logins. So, it doesnt have any online form to report hacked account.
Go to Instagram Help, and navigate to Help Centre » Privacy and Safety Center » Report Something.
Now, choose the Impersonation Accounts option to report the issue. You can find the here. Choose the appropriate option. Make sure that you choose NO where it asks whether you have an existing Instagram account.

For email address, give any email other than one associated with the account
You will also need to provide the user name and URL of the account that was hacked. As a part of the form, you will need to upload an ID.
Instagram will get back to you. Provide the information they seek. Once Instagram is satisfied, you will have the account back.
How To Recover Disabled Instagram Account Using Automated Tool
This is a new method that popped up recently and is what a lot of us are now using to recover our disabled Instagram accounts.
The process involves an appealing tool that automatically sends out your appeals regularly until your Instagram account is recovered.
I like that it takes away the headache of having to fill out the forms every day manually.
You wont even have to worry about the common Instagram response asking you to take a picture holding a paper with a code written on it.
In case youre wondering what it does about the request to take a picture with the code Instagram sends to your email, well, youll be pleased to know that the tool has its own database of images that it picks one from and writes the code on it before submitting it to Instagram.

Generally, an Instagram account gets disabled if you violate some terms & Conditions of their social media platform.
Examples:
- Posting content that doesnt follow the Instagram community guidelines or terms of use
- Selling counterfeit goods.
- Using 3rd Party apps
In most cases, Instagram wont provide the exact reason why they disabled your Instagram account.
They will simply say like,
Your Instagram account has been disabled for violating our terms: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/
but they wont say which term you Violated particularly.
You just need to recall yourself about the recent activities which youve done on your Instagram account like posting any copyrighted videos, or images or posting any bad content anywhere.
Nowadays, Instagram is strictly disabling accounts that are using Third Party apps. As per their policies, we should not use any 3rd Party apps for our profile.
